SBC Announces 2023 iGaming Calendar
SBC is a large corporate entity. A company that globally focuses on organizing events, managing media, and advising industry leaders, as well as decision makers to develop and foster the growth of the sports, betting, and gaming industry.
As 2022 was indeed an exciting and fruitful year for the global iGaming industry, SBC organized a series of events, conferences and exhibitions worldwide throughout the year.
In addition, it recently concluded the SBC Summit Latinoamérica in which the company finalized its program for 2022. Plus, they gave details of upcoming online betting and gaming exhibitions to be held in 2023.
Taking a summary balance, throughout the year, SBC hosted several hugely successful events such as the SBC Summit in Barcelona.
The latter, in fact broke all company group attendance records, with more than 6,000 senior iGaming executives in attendance. The Barcelona SBC Summit was held in September at Fira Barcelona Montjuïc.
SBC events scheduled for 2023
SBC has already revealed some interesting details about the 2023 calendar. Building on the recent success in Barcelona, there are five premium events scheduled in different major industry hubs.
Among the locations included are Toronto, Miami, Malta, New Jersey, and Barcelona. Several opportunities for the gaming industry and many networking opportunities will materialize at these events.
In addition, industry players will be able to interact with each other, exchange ideas and create business partnerships.
The first of the events scheduled for 2023 is the CasinoBeats Summit that will take place at the InterContinental in St Julian's, Malta. In March, specifically from the 21st to the 23rd.
Next, we will have the SBC Summit in North America, scheduled for May 9-11, 2023, at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in New Jersey, USA.
As for the third scheduled event-the Canadian Gaming Summit-it will take place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto from June 13 to June 15, 2023.
Then, from September 19 to 21, the SBC Summit Barcelo will be held at Fira Barcelona Montjuïc.
Finally, from the last one will be the SBC Summit Latinoamérica at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Miami, Florida from October 31 to November 2, 2023.
In addition to this large group of events, SBC plans to organize several industry awards to shine a spotlight on the most innovative and noteworthy suppliers, operators and affiliates.
These include the CasinoBeats Game Developer Awards in Malta; the SBC Awards North America in New York City; the SBC Awards Latinoamérica in Miami; and the SBC Awards in Barcelona.
The Canadian Gaming Summit
In March 2022, SBC declared an agreement to acquire the rights to the Canadian Gaming Summit from the Canadian Gaming Association and MediaEdge Communications.
However, after the agreement was finalized, CGA remained an official and strategic partner of the conference. In fact, it is currently working with SBC to ensure the continued development of the gaming industry locally.
One of the official sponsors of the 2022 Canadian Gaming Summit is Xpoint, a leading geolocation technology company.
